I made this butterfly and bird mobile for 5$! I bought the birds and the butterflies from All A Dollar. There were wires already in them, so I just shaped the wires into loops, cut off access, tied fishing wire attaching it to the larger wire ring... and there you have it.  If your local dollar store doesn't have birds and butterflies, you could use coupons and get some from Michaels (I know they sell them)! Also, I used clear thumbtacks to hang it from the ceiling. A simple fix.
